Rebecca has been designing audio for games for 25+ years on a wide range of indie and AAA titles.
Over a varied career she has worked in-house, and in audio outsourcing (having also run her own outsourcing company for 10+ years), before going back to in-house positions, now as Principal Audio Designer at Act III Studios.
Rebecca has a passion for audio excellence – particularly the use of audio to create an immersive and intuitive gaming experience. She believes the best audio starts beyond the desk with bespoke foley and field recordings, and the importance of taking time out to be still, listen and explore the aural world.
